Stryve Outcome ProjectsOne of Stryve’s responsibilities to its clients is to identify emerging issues, opportunities, and management methods at the intersection of people, process, and technology. We then explore how to address the challenges early, ahead of the curve, for maximum business advantage. Key to this process is Stryve Outcome Projects.
What is the Future of Enterprise Systems? This Outcome Project addresses the challenges: How can we prevent large enterprise applications - both packages and home-grown - from painting the business into corners? How can our enterprise systems best function within an agile and cost-effective computing environment? Applications and Implications of Cloud Enabled Mobility This Outcome Project explores the business drivers and potential of mobile applications, how cloud enables mobility, and what business and IT people can do to capitalize on the opportunities. Partnering in this project was Scott Burgess, Director, Office of the CTO, at EMC Consulting, an expert in applications of emerging technologies.
Capitalizing on Today's Technologically Talented Organization This Outcome Project explores the importance of technological talent, what it means to be technologically talented, what HR and IT can do to build and leverage a technologically talented workforce, and how to close the technological “generation gap” common in corporations today. This project was conducted by Stryve in partnership with Dave Ulrich, Norm Smallwood and Joe Grochowski of The RBL Group. Analytics and Collaboration This Outcome Project, explores how to use analytics in business collaborations and how to analyze their effectiveness. The project featured the participation of Dr. Thomas Davenport, the President's Distinguished Professor of Information Technology & Management at Babson College.
